Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 
• Products must be in the same condition you received them: undamaged (with minimal use marks), including all accessories and manuals. 
• Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee. 

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. 
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
