Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Warranty
CC Athletics provides a 1-year warranty on all their physical products (except cables and accessories manufactured by other companies). In the event of a claim, the product must be returned to CC Athletics (the customer pays for shipping and other costs).
Should the product break after more than 1 year from purchase, CC Athletics offers to accept the product back (the customer pays for shipping and other costs) and CC Athletics will provide a quote for repairing the product. Since all parts are replaceable, it will likely be an inexpensive repair.
PlateMate Purchase Agreement
Thank you for choosing CC Athletics for your force plate needs. This agreement outlines the terms of your purchase, including warranty details, shipment conditions, and total cost.
CC Athletics, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER, concluded the following agreement with the BUYER regarding the purchase of force plates and related services:
1-year warranty: The SELLER guarantees the force plates sold will be free from manufacturing defects and will perform as expected under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any parts that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship.
The SELLER guarantees the quality of the goods sold under this contract, and replaces it with a new one in case of defective or poor-quality goods.
Included Components:
Force plates, USB and connection cables
Exclusions:
Damages from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.
Normal wear and tear, consumables, and cosmetic damage.
Claim Process:
Contact the SELLER within the warranty period with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
If necessary, send the product to the SELLER in Denmark for examination.
The SELLER will arrange for repair or replacement if the claim is validated, at no additional cost to the BUYER.
Software installation is included in the price of this contract. Also, if there is any problem with the installation and use of the program, free service will be provided by the SELLER.
This warranty is non-transferable and valid only in the BUYER’s country. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
If the product is subject to repair under warranty, delivery from the BUYER’s country to the SELLER’s country will be carried out at the expense of the BUYER.
Unless otherwise stated, ccathletics.dk and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ccathletics.dk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from ccathletics.dk for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Conditions of Shipment: Orders are dispatched within 2 days to 2 weeks, subject to stock availability. For out-of-stock items, the estimated time is approximately 6 weeks. The BUYER will receive shipment notifications and tracking information upon dispatch.
Total Cost: The total payment is as specified on the purchase invoice, inclusive of all necessary software for the product’s operation, with no hidden charges. Ownership of the product and all associated software is transferred to the BUYER indefinitely upon payment. All features available at the time of purchase will remain accessible, even if premium software options are introduced later.
